Do you ever look at someone and wonder what makes them tick – sometimes even those closest to you? Or even yourself?? Or what combination of personalities, strengths and weaknesses can build the most dynamic, successful workplace? Come join us for this interactive workshop that will provide meaningful insight into understanding and relating to various personalities that can make the most out of our professional and personal interactions. This workshop is different than other Myers Briggs trainings. It is fun, fast paced and full of useful, relatable content. Bring your colleagues, supervisors, direct reports, or anyone you may interact with on a regular basis. You’ll have a good time and, most importantly, learn!
Dynamic Presenter:
Amy Mulholland, Director of Learning and HR Compliance at the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, establishes organization-wide processes that help realize the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of organizations. She specializes in facilitating change and transition through strategic planning, executive coaching, team building and visioning. Prior to the Michigan Chamber, Amy worked at Eastern Michigan University and the automotive industry for large organizations such as Bosch, Benteler and TRW with an emphasis on global Organizational and Leadership Development. Amy has a B.A. in Behavioral Psychology from Western Michigan University and a M.A. in Performance Improvement and Instructional Design from the University of Michigan. In her free time, Amy enjoys golfing, gardening, boating and traveling.
