Union Awareness Update and Labor Relations Strategies - It’s
Been a Hot Union Summer and It’s Going to Keep Getting Hotter!
The economy, tight labor market, unparalleled support for
unions at the federal level, and new union tactics have created the most
pro-union environment in decades. Data shows unions are taking advantage
and winning with aggressive organizing of new members and at the bargaining
table. In unprecedented moves, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
is making it easier to target non-union employers and expanding the remedies it
seeks. Even the right to a secret ballot election is under threat, as are
rights to communicate with your employees.
Our focused program by two front-line experts will:
Highlight the trends and threats, including
online and with social media
Assess and identify current workplace climate
Provide information about proactive, meaningful
approaches and strategies
Don’t get caught unprepared! Help ensure positive
leadership, management, and employee relations.
